What skills do I need?

  • Confident and clear public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of adult audiences in a friendly and approachable way.
  • Interest in local history, heritage, or maritime themes.
  • Reliability and good organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt delivery for groups such as care home residents or community organisations
  • Training and resources will be provided
