The Dementia Care Hub is a registered charity founded by DR kellyn Lee in 2022. We are a charity and receive no funding from health or social care. We offer a programme of sessions to support care partners and people living with a dementia in Hampshire. We Provide groups to reduce isolation and loneliness, training for care partners, well being sessions for people living with dementia, respite art groups and carer groups.
