We are a member-led charity organisation, pressing for change and utilising our lived experience. CAPITAL brings the community together; services, workers, and people who have experienced mental health challenges in order to improve services, provide training opportunities and connections from a lived experience perspective. We are a dedicated Mental Health Lived Experience Network We sit independently of support services and networks, collaborating to improve mental health experiences. We co-produce with our local partners and organisations (including the NHS and Council driven services) to provide lived experience insight and recommendations. We represent those of all backgrounds and experiences, and champion those with reduced access and opportunities and support networks.
