CAPITAL is looking for Volunteer Trustees to join our Board and help guide our work as a lived experience-led organisation.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our direction, supporting good governance, and ensuring lived experience remains at the heart of everything we do.
No previous Trustee experience needed, just a willingness to learn and contribute.

What skills do I need?
We’re looking for people who:
✔ Have lived experience and a passion for improving mental health services
✔ Can communicate clearly and work as part of a team
✔ Are willing to read and understand information (with support if needed)
✔ Have basic digital skills (or are open to learning)
✔ Can uphold confidentiality and act with integrity
