- Working with a team of volunteers and others to develop a programme of exhibition and outreach events.
- Working out the logistics of each event (who needs to do what, when and so on), scheduling and allocating tasks and then making them happen.
- Helping with research, content of events and the setup
- Helping with on-the-day delivery of events.
Directions:
From Newbury town centre take Greenham Road to Burys Bank Road and turn left at the roundabout. Turn right at the next roundabout into the car park and you will see the tower in front of you.
From Thatcham and the east access Burys Bank Road from Crookham Hill and follow the road to the roundabout to turn left into the car park as above.
What skills do I need?
- Full of enthusiasm and hoping to inspire visitors of all ages
- Someone who loves being around people.
- Interest in creating museum displays.
- Research abilities.

Time commitment: We have no minimum or maximum commitment and will be as flexible as possible in the context of our opening hours. The Tower is open every weekend and Tuesday to Friday through the week with occasional evening events.
