We need volunteers to help with our Scout groups in Radcliffe on Trent. This includes helping to plan activities and supporting the young people at the weekly group sessions.

It’s about working as a team with the existing group leaders. Welcoming young people and families to the sessions, making sure everyone is safe, supported, included and having fun, planning and leading activities, sharing and learning skills, and celebrating young people’s achievements big and small.

What skills do I need?

No experience is necessary. Scouts offers training and support. It’s a great opportunity to use and develop skills in communication, leadership, inclusion and empathy, planning and team work.
