Young Minders is excited to launch in Northampton and we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help support our first community family event.

Our “Community Connect” event is a relaxed family social focused on connection, creativity, wellbeing, and bringing local families together in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

Gain community event experience support local families meet new people build confidence and skills be part of a growing grassroots organisation help shape future Young Minders activities in Northampton.

Volunteer roles may include: welcoming families on arrival helping set up and pack down supporting children’s STEAM/craft activities serving refreshments helping with sign-in and information tables chatting with families and creating a warm atmosphere assisting with photography/social media content general event support.   

No previous experience is needed — just a positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for community.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds including:

parents, students, aspiring youth/community workers, creatives educators, local residents wanting to make a difference
