What will you do?
- Complete an introduction to Citizens Advice and training for your role.
- Explore issues with clients to be able to provide them with options to help them solve their problems.
- Give information, guidance and support to clients or signpost/ refer to other services.
- Write a summary of the clients' problems and what action you've taken.
- Look out for problems that are common, or are unfair, and record information to support Citizens Advice research and campaigns work.

What skills do I need?
You don't need specific qualifications or skills but you'll need to:
- Be friendly, approachable and patient.
- Be no-judgemental and respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own.
- Have good communication skills.
- Confident with using IT
- Be able to understand information and explain it to others.
- Work within Citizens Advice key principles and policies, including equity, diversity and inclusion, confidentiality and data protection.
- Be willing to undertake training in your role.
