- A positive view of children, and an and an appreciation of the challenges they face
- The ability to be patient and ‘child focused’
- Reliability and punctuality is a must!
- Sense of humour is a definite bonus…
- Ability to be reflective and professional, and to persevere if things do not work out as intended
- Sports knowledge beneficial
