Fundraising & Community Volunteer

Help a small local counselling charity make a big difference

EBS Counselling is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic volunteer to help us raise funds and build connections within our local community.

We are a small charity providing affordable counselling to adults across Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas. We want to make sure this support continues to be available to people who may otherwise struggle to afford counselling.

What skills do I need?

What would I be doing?

We're not looking for someone to arrive with a complete fundraising strategy!

We'd simply love someone who can bring some ideas and help us with things such as:

• Coming up with simple, fun fundraising ideas
• Helping us organise occasional fundraising events
• Approaching local businesses and community groups for support
• Spotting local fundraising or sponsorship opportunities
• Helping promote EBS within the local community

You don't need previous fundraising experience. Enthusiasm, ideas and a willingness to get involved are much more important to us.

You'll also have support from our friendly team of trustees and volunteers — you won't be expected to do everything yourself.
