Greeters help provide a warm and welcoming presence to visitors & guests. Greeters will be stationed at the entrance to welcome, direct and engage visitors & guests to Merrymeade House.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and guests and direct them to the right space in Merrymeade House
• Direct visitors to restrooms.
• Be familiar with regular events at Merrymeade House
• Politely but assertively remind visitors & guests of Merrymeade House policies
• Keep guest traffic moving and keep communal areas
clear.
• Corral large groups and move guests along at the end of the ceremonies.
What skills do I need?
• Friendly, warm and welcoming with a desire to interact with visitors & guests.
• Some experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Attend all required orientation and training sessions on health & safety and customer
service.
