Minds to Media is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and high standards across our programmes. This role will play a key part in monitoring delivery quality, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting teams to maintain excellence in programme execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and processes
  • Monitor programme delivery to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Conduct regular reviews, audits, and quality checks across projects
  • Identify areas for improvement and support teams in implementing changes
  • Gather and analyse feedback from participants and stakeholders
  • Produce clear reports on programme quality and performance
  • Support the development of best practice guidelines and standards
  • Work collaboratively with teams to embed continuous improvement

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in quality assurance, programme management, or evaluation roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
