Minds to Media are recruiting a Volunteer Head of Funding & Partnerships to join our friendly team.

This role leads continuous revenue generation and supports the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

To help Minds to Media grow by supporting ongoing fundraising and long-term sustainability.

Key Duties:

• Shape and lead our funding and income strategy
• Build positive relationships with funders, sponsors, and partners
• Support the long-term growth and stability of the organisation
• Develop and own the funding and income generation strategy
• Build and manage relationships with funders, sponsors, and strategic partners
• Identify and secure new funding opportunities
• Develop long-term partnerships to support organisational growth

• Experience identifying and securing grants, sponsorships, or donations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
