General upkeep: Painting, decorating, cleaning, and grounds work. Minor repairs: Basic repairs for upkeep of building. Equipment maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance of building and site equipment. Event support: Helping with manual handling, moving furniture, and setting up for events. Identifying issues: Proactively spotting and reproting potential maintenance problems. Health and Safety: Following safety procedures and undergoing necessary training.
