Volunteering Opportunities with The Victoria Almshouses (RB)

The Victoria Almshouses provides affordable accommodation at two sites in Reigate and Redhill. Applicants for accommodation must have a connection to the Borough of Reigate & Banstead, be retired, have a housing need and be capable of living independently. We currently have 34 properties comprising a mix of bungalows and flats. The charity is administered by a Board of Governors (Trustees). Residents, who are not tenants but beneficiaries of the charity pay a maintenance contribution by way of a monthly standing order. In addition residents are responsible for Council Tax and all utilities.
