We provide independent advocacy for anyone wishing to make a complaint about any NHS funding service, including GPs, hospitals, mental health services, dentists, opticians and pharmacies. This service is designed to support patients who have questions about the treatment and they received and identify issues that can be changed to improve healthcare for Island residents. This service is completely free of charge and confidential.
