The Rainham Foodbank is a charity founded by local churches and community groups and seeded by the Trussell Trust. We are one of over 400 food banks in operation, working towards stopping hunger in our local area. We also offer help beyond a food parcel. We provide the following additional services alongside emergency food to help people address the underlying issue behind their crisis: Basic skills ICT, Numeracy and literacy, Budgeting and Money Management - providing tools and courses to tackle debt and budgeting. Advocacy Service. Counselling, Life coaching, Sewing Project, Clothes Bank, Befriending Network and Coffee Morning.
