We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We are here today on the phone and on your doorstep to provide support for everyone living with a mental health problem. We work with children from the age of 5, young people and adults of all ages across the Colchester, Tendring, Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon districts. Some people us our services for a short time, others for a bit longer. We are a local independent charity affiliated with the national charity Mind which campaigns nationally for a better deal for everyone living with a mental health problem.
