Volunteering Opportunities with Kennet Radio
About
We are Kennet Community Radio, the Local Sound of Newbury and Thatcham. We broadcast to a potential 67,000 listeners across the Newbury and Thatcham area on 106.7 FM, via our smartphone app, and via our website, from our studios in the centre of Newbury. Formed in October 2012 as a not-for-profit voluntary organisation following a fantastic response to our initial public meeting in September, we have been broadcasting online since October 2012 and on FM since March 2018. We are not-for-profit, we are run by volunteers, and we rely primarily on donations and sponsorship from kind and generous supporters such as Greenham Trust.
