About

We work along the ethos of the Royal Navy, encouraging young people to be independent and confident whilst working in a team. Using experimental waterborne adventure as our main form of training, we enable young people to learn life skills and attain and achieve many accredited qualifications such as DofE, First Aid, BTEC Level 2 and RYA recognised boating qualifications. At Hornchurch and Upminster we aim to give young people an experience that will help them grow into the person they want to be in a safe and friendly environment. Through various activities and adventures, we learn teamwork, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline, honesty and how to be the best version of ourselves. We offer a range of different activities from sailing, windsurfing and powerboating - to rock climbing, camping, and music - plus so much more!
