To promote the welfare and quality of life of all diabaled people within the Southeast Essex area through the provision of information and advice on issues relating tho their disability. to inform disabled people, their carers, relatives, friends and anybody with a query connected to disability of the resources availble within the Southeast Essex area. This will help them to cope with difficulties they experience in their everyday lives. to liaise with statutory and voluntary organisation to raise the profile of disabled people, exchange policies, food practices and ideas and to act as advocates when the situation arises. To undertake research which will expand and enhance the information available to disabled people in the area.
