The Dawn, the only example of a full-sized, tiller steered, Thames Sailing Barge, is embarking on an exciting exploration to a New Horizon to discover how she can give back to the community that nearly thirty years ago came to her aid when she was facing a very uncertain future of her own thanks to The National Lottery Heritage Fund. The DAWN Sailing Barge Trust is committed to finding the vessel a dependable and sustainable future, and thereby securing for future generations this marine heritage.
