To enable the people of Epping to access information and advice on welfare benefits and other financial rights to which they are entitled; to improve their psycho-social health because of the increased income and enable them to become more independent; to have greater financial stability as a result of helping them to manage any debt they have; to decrease their chance of further homelessness by offering housing advice and benefit advice; to improve their financial literacy; to obtain redress for those people who have experienced discrimination, unfair dismissal or received faulty goods or services.
