Chertsey Good Neighbours offers practical help (shopping, collecting prescriptions, driving to appointments etc) 7 days a week, to the residents of Chertsey??who need and ask for help. We are a team of volunteers whose primary aim is to assist those living within our boundary who are less able than ourselves. We provide transport to appointments at the doctors, dentist, hospital, etc. for just a small donation. We will also help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, changing library books etc. If you have a need we will endeavour to help you ??? all you need to do is ask. We aim to complement the existing services, not replace them. We are a self-funding organisation relying on the donations of our clients to reimburse our volunteers for any expenses they incur.
