The Bobby Scheme in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is managed and funded by the not-for-profit organisation The Blue Lamp Trust. We provide free home and online safety to vulnerable residents in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight The Trust is supported by local emergency services and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police Chief Constable Scott Chilton and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Chief Fire Office Neil Odin are both trustees of the charity.
