Purpose of Role To create, agree and establish a Catalyst Support corporate partnership programme that is capable of generating £100k of income per anum ( in donations or kind) from Surrey based organisations that have synergy with Catalyst support purpose and goals

Main Responsibilities

• Build a good understanding of Catalyst Support, its purpose, its goals, the team, sources of finding and types of clients.

• Define the Catalyst support corporate partnership programme, value proposition and content, review and agree this through the team and get SLT commitment

• Working with the marketing director and team, define a promotional programme, including personas, target companies, marketing tools, digital content and sales process

• Manage the testing and implementation of this programme to the point where the first Corporate Partnerships are signed • Potentially, continue to manage the programme through longer term results

Main accountabilities

• Building and agreeing a workable programme within the Catalyst support positioning, values and resources

• Getting buy in across the whole organisation, led by the SLT

• The efficiency and effectiveness of the promotional programme

• The number of partners engaged, awareness benefits and income potential

What skills do I need?

• Strong personal alignment with the purpose and goals of Catalyst Support, possibly via lived experience.

• Good marketing positioning and planning skills, appreciation of the digital marketing landscape and how to use it organically

• Prior experience working with CSR initiatives, ideally B Corp

• Natural networker with good connections throughout the Surrey business community

• Able to commit a day/week, including some time at the Catalyst Support main location in Woking; potentially around a salaried or freelance role
