Join the British Heart Foundation shop in Egham as a Volunteer Cash Desk Assistant and help make every customer’s visit a great one — all while supporting life-saving research.
Your key tasks will include:
• Accurately processing till transactions
• Engaging with customers and promoting add-on sales like badges and raffle tickets
• Talking to donors about Gift Aid and stock needs.
What skills do I need?
You’ll enjoy this role if you:
• Love chatting with people and offering great customer service
• Are confident with handling money (retail or cash handling experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Are interested in helping a good cause while gaining new skills.
