We’re looking for talent spotters, volunteer applauders, and ‘we’ll-sort-it-out’-ers. Sound like you? A Volunteer Supporter and Recruiter helps to support our current volunteers, as well as find the best talent out there and brings them to Scouts. They’re all about nurturing skills, providing a helping hand and making our volunteers’ experiences life changing. - Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and people skills - Ability to identify peoples\' strengths and help support their development - Ability to use multiple avenues to promote, market and recruit volunteers for a varied array of roles - Ability to understand what is required to support and retain volunteers, and a proactive attitude to take initiative and action this - Ability to be organised and demonstrate forward thinking planning
