Join Independent Lives as an Engagement Volunteer and help us understand the experiences of the people who use our services. Role Overview: As an Engagement Volunteer, you will: Speak with customers to gather feedback about their experiences. Help review information and ensure customer records are clear and accessible. Support the team in improving how our services are delivered and communicated.
What skills do I need?
What We’re Looking For: Friendly, patient communication skills. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn. An interest in helping people feel heard and supported. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, develop your confidence, and contribute to shaping better services for disabled people and their families.
