ERTA requires a Secretary whose duties include the following:
· Attend both Committee and Public meetings and take minutes.
· Put agendas together in liaison with other members and distribute at least 2 weeks prior to each meeting/event
· Write official letters as agreed by Committee to outside bodies
· Book meeting venues
· General Support
