ParkPlay is building happier, healthier communities through the life-changing power of play. It is free games and activities every week, moving and playing games together, all generations welcome.

A safe, welcoming and inclusive way to connect and have fun.

We are looking for brilliant local people to support at Delapre Abbey ParkPlay which happens at the Abbey every Saturday, for a couple of hours from 10am.

PlayLeaders are the ones who make ParkPlay happen every week. You don't need to commit every week and can bring your family with you.

PlayLeaders: -

• Set up ParkPlay before ParkPlayers arrive
• Lead games and keep the buzz going
• Build relationships with ParkPlayers
• Welcome ParkPlayers to ParkPlay
• Make sure everyone is included and involved
• Scan ParkPlay Passes and report any accidents

We will provide: -

• Full support and training, including an enhanced DBS, first aid qualification, safeguarding, tech, safety and promotion 
• Access to our PlayLeader digital community with over 200 members
• Guides, support on Saturdays, monthly newsletter of ideas and top tips 
• Resources, equipment, games and kit

What skills do I need?

No previous experience required, you just need a love for play and your community.
