This volunteering opportunity provides a flexible and personalised response service offering support for older people living in the County of Northamptonshire. Working alongside Community Nursing teams, Community Responder Volunteers provide practical support and reassurance to older and unwell adults at home, supporting them to stay safe, maintain their independence, and avoid unnecessary hospital admission.
