Join as a friendly volunteer in your local community as a Befriender with our Companion Team
What you’ll do:
- Visit a person in their home once a week
- Have a cuppa, a chat or share some quiet time
- Talk about everyday things
- Signpost to helpful information
How much time is required:
3 hrs each week visiting the same home
2 hrs online training to help you get started
1 min providing a short visit update each week via phone/email
Flexible to suit your schedule
