Reception Support Volunteers help create a welcoming first impression for visitors by supporting the reception team during busy periods. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and help them feel welcome
- Provide basic information about activities and facilities
- Direct customers to the correct areas of the centre
- Support staff with simple administrative tasks
- Help maintain a tidy and organised reception area
