• Manage and schedule content across our social media channels.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, graphics and short videos.
• Support the planning and delivery of awareness, fundraising and community engagement campaigns.
• Help grow our online audience and increase engagement across platforms.
• Write news updates, impact stories and other communications highlighting our work.
• Assist with website content updates and email newsletters where required.
• Monitor basic social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.

What skills do I need?

• An interest in the charity sector and social impact.
• Previous experience or knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Creativity, initiative and a proactive approach.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok is desirable
