  • Provide information on recovery resources available across Newcastle.
  • Share details about relevant meetings, groups, community services, and support options.
  • Speak with people identified by Job Centre staff as having support needs.
  • Take part in one‑to‑one conversations, or sit in on staff-led one‑to‑ones, to offer guidance, encouragement, and hope

What skills do I need?

  • To complete a DBS application
  • To have good communication skills
  • To have a good knowledge of recovery resources in the Newcastle area

  • Willing to attend regular one to one support meetings
