Garden Leader

We run a friendly weekly garden group every Monday (10am–2pm) for disabled young adults, and we’re looking for a passionate volunteer to help lead and support the sessions.
This role involves
- guiding activities,
- encouraging participation,
- and helping create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
It’s a great opportunity to share your skills, build confidence in others, and be part of a positive, supportive community.
What skills do I need?
- Enthusiastic about supporting/helping people
- Willingness to work outside and participate in gardening activities
- Can work independently and a part of a team
- Can think intuitively
- Friendly and kind
- Enhanced DBS required
