The Digital Marketing Specialist focuses exclusively on online marketing channels and digital customer engagement, bringing specialized expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation. 

The specialist must stay current with digital marketing trends and platform changes while maintaining focus on measurable results and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
• Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and email campaigns
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and professional networks
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for digital channels
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics and ROI
• Optimize website user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Manage online reputation and review management across platforms
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure SEO optimization and digital readiness
