We are looking for friendly and energetic volunteers to join our growing team where you will play a significant role in providing high quality customer service to our donors and customers and creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our local communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, handling transactions and ensuring that everyone receives a warm and welcome and exemplary customer service.

• Gift Aid: Talking to donors about the benefits of signing up to our Gift Aid scheme. Helping to reach weekly sign-up targets and processing Gift Ad donations.

• Processing Donated Stock: Sorting, steaming and pricing donated stock in accordance with our pricing guidelines. Identifying high value, rare and collectible items for our eCommerce department.

• Visual Merchandising: Creating eye catching seasonal and on trend window and shop displays to attract new and existing customers through our doors.

No specific experience is needed—just a passion for fashion, homeware, or unique collectables, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a good cause. If you love vintage fashion, sustainability, or are looking to build your skills in retail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
