Who Are We?
Storrington and District Museum is the repository for artefacts, photographs and information with a connection to Storrington and the surrounding villages of Amberley, Ashington, Bury, Cootham, Greatham, Rackham, Parham, Sullington, Thakeham, Washington and Wiggonholt. Its aim is to collect these items so that are preserved for all time and are available for everyone to see.
The Role:
An Editor and Content Creator is required for the Museum's Magazine 'Times Past', which is produced 2-3 times a year. Responsibilities include:
- Research and write suitable content
- Obtaining articles from others
- creating text and layout
- arranging print and digital versions
Current production uses MS Publisher. Support from MS is being withdrawn so it may be necessary to seek an alternative system.
