We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to join our furniture store retail team.
- Welcome and assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer enquities
- Price and label donated furniture/ goods
- Use a cash register after full training
- Answer the telephone and communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Keep the store tidy, organised and welcoming
- Work as part of a friendly team
What skills do I need?
- Friendly and approachable
- Willingness to learn
- Organised and helpful
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and be part of a team
- Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be given
Full training will be provided in house, if any courses are required these will be paid for by us.
