The Basingstoke MS Community Group is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by Multiple Sclerosis. We are currently looking for a Volunteer Administrator to help us one or two hours a week receiving and responding to emails, taking minutes, making sure our website is up to date, updating documents and in time helping with the administration of applying for grants. This is a home working role but if it helps, we meet at Popley Fields Community Centre every Wednesday for a member coffee morning.
What skills do I need?
You will need to be IT literate, have experience managing website updates, using MS 365 office package and have your own laptop/computer. We communicate via What's App so use of a smart phone and happy to be added to our what's App group is essential.
You will receive an induction and provided with everything you need, to access our documents and emails.
