Got a few hours to spare on a Saturday, Sunday, or the occasional midweek evening? Fleet Town Football Club is looking for friendly, reliable Matchday Hospitality Volunteers to help during home fixtures. You’ll be part of a welcoming team that plays a key role in making match days enjoyable for players, supporters, and visitors alike.

Our Club has been part of the Fleet community for over a century. Run by volunteers, our club boasts a seated stadium, clubhouse and tea bar. We manage a range of adult teams, from our men’s and women’s first teams to Reserves, vets and U18s, and support a constantly growing youth development section.

Could you help with:

Managing the tea bar on match days
Serving drinks and cooking food in our tea bar
Bar service in our clubhouse
Assistance with clean-up after matches
Even helping out once a month makes a big difference — no need to commit weekly!

What skills do I need?

Friendly and approachable

Willing to muck in and help wherever needed

Weekend matches usually kick off at 2pm or 3pm and Tuesday matches are in the evening, so hospitality is needed around those times.
