Farnborough Hill Heritage Volunteers – House
We are an independent day school for girls aged 11 – 18 years old. Our school is set within a Grade I listed building and conservation grounds. We have recently become members of Historic Houses. We open to members and the public on select days throughout the year as part of our heritage programme. Our heritage events take place on a Saturday or during school holidays.
The purpose of our volunteers is to support Farnborough Hill’s Heritage Open Events by welcoming visitors to our Grade I listed site within a conservation area, and sharing the rich history of the School House. You will play a crucial role in bringing this beautiful site to life by welcoming visitors to the Old House, provide historical context, answer questions, and help maintain a respectful atmosphere.
