Fareham Community Link offers tailored programs of activity to adults with learning disabilities. We support an enable people to improve their skills for independent living and encouraged community access through a full and exciting programme of activities.
In addition we also manage a horticultural training resource at Wynton Way, Fareham. The site is situated on a 3/4 acre plot with a bungalow and fully accessible kitchen, polytunnels, greenhouses and allotments, young people are able to enjoy hands on practical experience with trained staff and volunteers.
Our friendly and welcoming team need more volunteers who can help to tidy and develop our gardens and repair the grounds for a new year of planting, open days and visits from other organisations as well as our neighbours and friends. Winton garden is open every weekday between Monday and Friday between 9 am and 3 pm.
This is a very flexible so if you have a few hours to help out during these hours then do let us know.
No experience necessary, just enthusiasm and an interest in gardening.
