Hatch Warren Community Centre are organising their annual Lager festival on Saturday 21st November and are looking for volunteers to help ensure that the event is a great success.
They are looking for help with the following:
- Set up Crew 2pm - 4pm on 21st November- help prepare the space by setting up tables and chairs and the bar area.
- Customer welcome Team 6.30pm - Greet visitors, check tickets, collect payments for on door sales and drinks token via cash or Zettle machine.
- Bar Helpers 6.45pm - 10.45pm - Assist with serving refreshments from the licensed bar
- Clear up crew - From 10:30pm - We will be making sure that the Community Centre is ready for Father Christmas, who will be making a visit on Sunday 22nd
What skills do I need?
No specific skills required but an enjoyment of speaking to people and generally helping out as required would be very beneficial.
