Complementary Therapy Volunteers provide support to the Complementary Therapy team at Oakhaven Hospice by providing a range of treatments to patients and their family or carers.

They help make every moment matter for our patients in particular by providing complementary therapy treatments to those who have been assessed as suitable to benefit from the treatment.

You'll  have a recognised Complementary Therapy qualification, membership/registration of a professional body, professional indemnity insurance and evidence of professional development.

Then you just need kindness, compassion and empathy and the desire to help people using your skills.

Why not come to our Recruitment Open Day on Wednesday 29th September, 9.30am - 1.30pm, Oakhaven Hospice, Coates Centre, meet the team and find out more.

What skills do I need?

You'll have a recognised Complementary Therapy qualification and professional indemnity, along with membership/registration of a professional body.

You can make a real difference to the wellbeing of our patients by using your professional skills, along with empathy and compassion. We aim to make every moment matter and you can help us with that ambition.
