Community Fundraiser

As a Tools with a Mission (TWAM) Fundraiser, you will help us raise the funds we need to send tools to people in need. You will spread the word about Tools with a Mission (TWAM) in your local community, church, or community group and organise or support various events, such as music nights, coffee mornings, or sponsored runs.

You will also work with other TWAM volunteers to plan and host TWAM evenings with refreshments and presentations. You will use our pull-up banners, leaflets, and resources to showcase our work and impact.

You will receive plenty of support from everyone at TWAM, including the Volunteering Coordinator, the Fundraising and Communications Officer, and your local TWAM Tool Collectors and Volunteer Speakers. You will also get a TWAM Polo Shirt and fleece to wear and an ID card if needed.

By taking on this role, you will make a positive difference to people's lives and gain a sense of satisfaction. You may also learn new skills and get a reference for a future employer or organisation if you wish.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for passionate, energetic people who can organise things and get things done, and people who can identify others and mobilise them to organise events.

We really need people who can work as a team and really get stuck into the very exciting role.
