- Customer Service: - Assist shoppers, provide friendly service, and answer queries.
- Cash Handling & Till Operation: - Process transactions, handle cash/card payments, and balance the till.
- Stock Sorting & Merchandising - :Organize donated goods, price items, and arrange displays attractively.
- Donation Management: - Accept, sort, and store incoming donations, ensuring quality control.
- Cleaning & Shop Maintenance: - Keep the shop tidy, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Teamwork -:Collaborate with fellow volunteers and staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Flexible - Flexible shifts to suit different schedules
What skills do I need?
- A positive, friendly attitude with good communication skills.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to shop duties.
