Befriending Coordinator

- Manage a befriending service, which aims to reduce loneliness and isolation by connecting volunteers with individuals in need of companionship.
- Monitor referrals to the befriending service, carrying out initial assessments in the client’s home and matching them with a befriender.
- Monitoring the relationships.
